making it a medium-sized but very active and specialist marine fish that requires substantial swimming space and excellent long-term care
They can be kept in reef aquariums
regular feeding and plenty of natural grazing
They are best suited to FOWLR systems or carefully planned mature reefs where the aquarist accepts some risk
often claiming large areas of the tank once established
Newly imported specimens can be difficult to settle onto prepared foods
Offer a varied diet including marine algae sheets
Mustard Tangs inhabit lagoon reefs
This is an active swimmer and should not be treated as a dwarf angelfish
