Auchentoshan Three Wood is a triple-distilled malt matured in bourbon barrels and finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks

and barley are grown in the finger lakes just a short drive from the distillery

and tree bark in pure alcohol and water

This second barrel is assembled from 24-month air dried wood and then toasted but not charred

aged 4 to 10 years in Single Use Bourbon Barrels

The whiskey has pleasant notes of toasted oak

which is then distilled with juniper and other exotic spices inspired by the British Spice Trade of the prevailing period

individually selected barrels

Most gins are made by simultaneously distilling juniper and other botanicals within the same still
